Exchange drive installation from top
1. Measure and note down the distance between the tyre and roller (8).
2. Unscrew the nuts on the inside of the frame and remove two of them (9a).
3. Turn the third nut to the end of the thread (9b).

This revokes the self-locking function
4. Support the drive and check again whether all cables and lines have been separated from the drive.
5. Unscrew the third nut and remove the drive (10).
ADVICE
Leave the fuse of the KB adapter, CAN/enable (11).
6. Install screws, spacers and any shear cam inlays on the exchange drive (12).
7. Position the drive in the original position.
8. Thread on the washers and screw on new nuts (14).

Do not tighten the nuts!
9. Set the drive to the noted dimension between the roller and tyre (8).
10.Tighten the nuts, tightening torque 75 Nm.
11.Check the position of the drive (8).
Exchange drive installation from underneath
1. Measure and note down the distance between the tyre and roller (8a).
2. Measure and note down the distance between the frame and guide profile of the drive (8b).
3. Unscrew the screw connection of the frame clamp (9).
4. Remove the screws of the cross-strut, on the side of the drive in question (10).
5. Pull out the drive with mounting (12).
6. Measure the front and rear projection of the guide profile in relation to the mounting (13).
7. Remove the nuts, disconnect the drive and mounting (14a).
ADVICE
Leave the fuse of the KB adapter, CAN/enable (11).
8. Insert the screws in the guide profile of the exchange drive (14b).
9. Install the drive in the original position on the mounting. Use new nuts, tightening torque 75 Nm (14a).
10.Push the drive with mounting back into the frame clamp and push onto the cross strut (15).
11.Set the drive to the noted distances (8a, 8b).
12.Re-insert all unscrewed or removed screws and tighten, tightening torque 75 Nm.
Cable harness installation
1. Place the new cable harness ready.
2. Equalise the potential.

To do this, briefly touch the drive with your finger (2)
ADVICE
Pay attention to the +/- mark on the printed circuit board! The red cable is positive (+), the black
cable is negative (-).
3. Insert the battery cable into the housing and screw onto the printed circuit board, tightening toque 0.5
Nm.
