Ensure both power adaptors are
connected and the sender and receiver are

Receiver aerial not aligned to
sender aerial. Rotate the receiver/aerial for the bes t
signal.
Signal path too long. Reduce the signal path.
Horizontal signal paths are more difficult,
due to more solid materials being used.
Change the switch selection on BOTH
sender and receiver. This may stop the
problem.
Remote sender (Mouse) not being
activated. Ensure the remote control actually works
on the sender box before installation.
Sender remote control window
not being activated with the I/R
sender
Ensure the sender can see the remot e I/R
sender.
Batteries in remote control
exhausted
Change batteries in remote contr ol
