Error messages
When the following problems occur, the microcomputer inside the washer will detect
the errors. An electronic buzzer will sound for approximately 10 seconds, an error
message will flash, as shown below, and the washer will stop operating.

The washer is
not filling with
water.
• Inlet taps are not
turned on.
• Blocked inlet hose
filters.
• Delay Start is set.
• Check that both the hot and
cold taps are turned on.
• Clear blockages from inlet
hose filters.
• Refer to page 19 for
information about the
Delay Start function.
Water is not
draining.
• The drain hose is not
properly connected or
installed.
• The drain hose is
kinked or obstructed.
• The drain hose is
clogged.
• The drain pump lint
filter at the lower rear
of the machine is
clogged.
• Check the drain hose
connection (see page 9).
• Check the drain hose
connection (see page 9).
• Disconnect the hose and
check for obstructions.
• Clear the drain pump lint
filter (see page 24).
The washer
will not start.
• This lid is not closed
properly.
• Check and ensure that the
lid is closed.
The washer
does not spin.
• The load could be out
of balance.
• Pause the washer and
manually redistribute the
load.
• Check and ensure that the
washer is level and does
not rock in any direction
(see page 12).
• Check and ensure that no
suds have built up in the
washer.
