Power on/off
Power on the unit using the power button on
the remote controller: the unit will resume
operation at the previous settings.
To switch off, press the power button: the
remote controller and the unit are switched off.
If the ceiling assembly is equipped with LED
lights, the lights are independent of the unit
and can be powered on and off using the light
button whether the unit is on or off.
Up and Down
Use the up and down buttons to set the
required temperature. The temperature unit
will display either C or F. The default unit is C.
The default can be changed by the remote
controller using the MULTI button.
Mode
Set the required operating mode by pressing
the MODE button.
-Cooling
-Heating
-Auto Changeover (cooling or heating mode,
depending on the room temperature
selected)
-Fan
Fan Level
Set the fan level by pressing the Fan button
until the desired speed is reached.
-Low
-Medium
-High
-Auto High
-Auto Medium
-Auto Low
Note: Auto Speed selection is only available in
the Cooling Mode.
Follow Me
(only for remote controller) In normal
operation, a temperature sensor in the ceiling
assembly senses the temperature and
controls the operation of the heat pump.
Follow Me switches this control to a
temperature sensor in the hand-held
controller. To activate
Follow Me , press the
FM button. FM will appear on the LCD screen
when Follow Me is on. Press again to turn off
the Follow Me setting.
Sleep
Pressing the SLEEP button will activate the
sleep function, the sleep icon will appear in the
LCD screen. Press again to turn sleep off. In
sleep function (cooling mode only), the indoor
and outdoor fans operate at low speed.
