TRAINING MODE 

You may follow the display screen 

to  monitor  your  stroke.  The 

purpose  of  this  mode  is  to  train 

your rowing cadence. 

 

The upper display screen will 

show the computer rowing guide. 

The lower screen will show your 

exercise. You can check to see if 

your exercise is meeting training 

target or not.

to  reach  the  end  point.    Good
