Button Functions

START BUTTON
– Press the Start button to begin your workout.

STOP BUTTON -
Press the Stop button to pause your workout, Hold the Stop Button to Reset the screen.

MODE BUTTON-
Press the Mode button to cycle through Manual, Training, & Race Modes.

ENTER BUTTON

Press enter to input data and cycle between time, distance & calories modes.
5.
UP / DOWN BUTTON
–
Use the Up and Down buttons to increase and decrease values.
Use 2 AA batteries for console power supply.
