7. MAINTENANCE
WARNING:
all operations mentioned in this chapter, must be done with the plug
disconnected.
always use original spare parts.
all maintenance jobs must be carried out by skilled personnel.
Once a week check the oil level shown by the glass. When the motor is off,
the oil level must correspond to the one shown by the label.
Once a month drain the water collected in the air outlet filter (Fig. 4)
proceeding as follows: (the operations are to be done with the tank under
pressure):
o
turn the button clockwise;
o
pushing the button drain the condensate contained in the bowl:
o
at the end of this operation turn the button counter clockwise.
Remove regularly the condensate that has collected in the air tank. To empty
the tank, put it under pressure and open the tap on the bottom of the tank
(Fig. 5). For compressors with a pancake tank, open the drain plug placed on
the upper part of the tank and eliminate the water using the apposite little
tube. Remove the condensate according the regulations: never let it drain
into the sewerage!
