Edit User:
If editing the content of individual user account is needed, click the username of the
desired user account to enter the
Editing Existing User Data
Interface for that particular user,
and then modify or add any desired information such as
“Username”

“Password”

“MAC”

“Policy”
and
“Remark”
(optional) . Then, click
Apply
to complete the modification.

Roaming Out & 802.1X Authentication:
When Account Roaming Out is enabled, the link of
this function will be available to define the authorized device with IP address, Subnet Mask, and
Secret Key. Please see more explanation above in the section for
Roaming Out
and the
section for
802.1X Authentication
.
Click the hyperlink

to enter the
Roaming out &
802.1X Client Device Settings
interface. Choose the desired type,

, and key in the 802.1x client’s IP address and network mask and then click
Apply
to
complete the settings.

802.1x Authentication:
When
802.1X Authentication
is enabled, the Local authentication
database will be used as a RADIUS database for connection with 802.1x enabled devices
such as APs or switches.

Account Roaming Out:
The system’s local user database can also be an external
RADIUS database to another system. When
Account Roaming Out
is enabled, local users
can login from other domains with their original local user accounts. The authentication
database with their original local user accounts acts as a RADIUS Server and roaming out
local users act as RADIUS clients.
