Motor 

Make the power for machine.   

Oil cover 

Prevent  the  oil  leaked  out.  (please  change  the  46# 
hydraulic oil inside after 300 hours using) 

On-off switch 

Turns sprayer ON and OFF.

** Outlet valve 

The valve control the fluid going out of the pump

Pressure regulator 

Increases  (clockwise)  and  decreases  (counter-clockwise) 
fluid pressure in pump, hose, and spray gun.

Hose Connector 

Connect the high pressure hose with airless spray gun.

** Inlet valve 

The valve control the fluid sucking into the pump

Belt 

To reduce the power from Motor, and supply the right power 
to the machine.

**Diaphragm   

Moved by the piston inside, and pump out the fluid.

High pressure hose 

Transports high-pressure fluid from pump to spray gun.

** Tip guard / Safety guard 

Reduces risk of fluid injection injury.

** Spray gun tip 

 Atomizes fluid being sprayed, forms spray pattern and 

controls fluid flow according to hole size. 

 Reverse unclogs plugged tips without disassembly.

Gun trigger safety lever / lock 

Prevents accidental triggering of spray gun. 
(please lock the spray gun when not using/repair/clean etc)

Airless spray gun 

Dispenses fluid.

Gun fluid inlet fitting 

Threaded connection for paint hose.
