95-) Set a level over each  stab and set 

them at 0-degree. 

96-) A simple trick here to “freeze”  both stabs 

into alignment is to use  a piece of scrap balsa 

and a modeling pin. Picture is self-explanatory.

97-) Once both stabs are aligned, tack-glue 

the phenolics in place. Be careful  of “glue-

runs”.

98-) Using a mixture of epoxy and “micro-

balloons”, make a paste and bond all 

internal/external phenolics permanently.
