6.8.12 APCI reserves the right to source inspect all tubing and fittings and inspect
the manufacturers facilities upon request.
6.9
Reports and Certifications:
6.9.1 The vendor shall supply the following reports and certifications as follows:
6.9.1.1
One set of reports shall be sent to SEMC QA prior to receipt of material at
SEMC. The components will be cross referenced to the received reports
for acceptable vendor traceability numbers.

Mill Test Reports
6.9.1.3
Certificate of compliance to the specifications within this document.
