You will be drilling on an angle
if you do not have an angle
drill, this will be ok, just try to
start the self-tapping screw
straight when tightening it.
The frame above the forward
holes have a double wall to
them and you will have to
drill through both to attach the
upper bracket with the self-
tapping screw (I) provided.
NOTE:
Driver (left) side shown
Attach the lower bracket with the U-bolt (H), clamp bar (G), flat washers
(K) and nyloc nuts (J) provided. Torque hardware to 16 ft/lbs.
The “Finger” of the lower
bracket must be over the
stock U-bolt
