Problem

Check the following:

Unit does not charge

–

Red light

Make sure power cord is plugged in. Check power
supply.

Yellow light does not come on.

Is the charger output cord disconnected or
damaged?
Check charger output cord for damages; and a solid
connection.

Check Battery

Green light does not

come on.

Call for service.

Green light flashes rapidly and
