Purpose:
This function provides log in to a resource.
Note:
For other than “local” available resources the server has to be connected by
using function FdxQueryServerConfig before using this function.

Name of the PC, where the ANS Server is running.

The Resource ID identifies one resource of a server. This resource can be either a
board or an Ethernet port of a board. The resource ID is obtained by a calling the
function FdxQueryServerConfig(...).
