INTRODUCTION
Thank you for deciding to purchase the Padded Raised Toilet Seat from Aidapt, when used
correctly it is designed to give many years of reliable trouble-free service.
Please Note: Always consult with the prescriber/Physiotherapist if you are in any doubt
that this product is suitable for your use.
NB. This equipment must be installed by a competent person.
BEFORE USE
Carefully remove all packaging. Avoid using any knives of other sharp instruments
as this may damage the surface of the product.
Check the product for any visible damage. If you see any damage or suspect a fault,
do not use your product as it may compromise your safety, but contact your supplier
for support.
CLEANING
Clean regularly with a mild household cleaner with a soft cloth. Under no circumstances use
any abrasive cleaners or materials on any of the components. Always read the label of your
cleaning product to check it is suitable for use on this product.
FIXING INSTRUCTIONS
The Aidapt Padded Raised Toilet Seat is designed to fit the majority of standard sized toilet
and commode seats.
The Padded Seat can be secured to your toilet seat with the integral Velcro straps located on
the underside of the product. It is simply attached to your existing toilet seat using a hook and
loop method commonly found on shoes/trainers. The length of the straps can be adjusted by
cutting them with a pair of scissors.
NB. Please ensure that the padded seat is secured tightly and firmly to your
toilet seat before attempting to sit on it.
NB. If the padded seat is loose and is able to move then re-adjust the fixing
straps so that it is tightly fixed in place.
NB. Under no circumstances should you stand on the seat.
