5. OPERATING THE MACHINE
Before operation:
−
The device must be fitted with an adaptor for connecting to the air pressure
system. The adaptor must have ¼” threads.

Check that the compressor (compressed air supply) can deliver required air
volume to the device. Maximum permitted air pressure must not be exceeded.
Start switch:
−
When pressing on the start button the spindle rotates in the selected direction.
The spindle continues to rotate for a few seconds after the start button has been
released. Do not put the tool down before it has stopped rotating.
Direction of rotation:
−
The selector has two positions where F is forward (clockwise) and R is reverse
(anti clockwise).
Torque:
−
The torque selector has four positions where 0 is the lowest and 3 is the highest
torque.

6. MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE
Before performing maintenance procedures remove the appliances from the network and
remove the compressed air from them.
•
Check and maintain the machines and safety equipment regularly.
•
Never use fuel or any other flammable liquids to clean the tools.
•
When difficult malfunctions occur, contact experienced technicians or the dealer
authorized by the importer.
Lubrication
The stapler must be lubricated before use.
•
Remove the machine from the air network.
•
Turn the machine upside down and place 2-5 drops of oil to the air outlet. Only use
oil that is suitable for pneumatic appliances. Use the machine right after
lubrication.
•
Remove the excessive oil. Excessive oil damages the O-ring washers.
