The nail has got stuck inside the holder
•
Remove the machine from the pneumatic network.
•
Pull the nail feeder back
•
Remove the stuck nail and release the nail pusher
8. MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE
Before performing maintenance procedures remove the appliances from the network and
remove the compressed air from them.
•
Check and maintain the machines and safety equipment regularly.
•
Never use fuel or any other flammable liquids to clean the tools.
•
When difficult malfunctions occur, contact experienced technicians or the dealer
authorized by the importer.
Lubrication
The stapler must be lubricated before use.
•
Remove the machine from the air network.
•
Turn the machine upside down and place 2-5 drops of oil to the air outlet. Only use
oil that is suitable for pneumatic appliances. Use the machine right after
lubrication.
•
Remove the excessive oil. Excessive oil damages the O-ring washers.
•
Daily lubrication is not needed if you use an oil distributor.
Connecting the pneumatic system
An example of connecting a pneumatic system:
1.
Pneumatic compressor
2.
Filter / water extractor
3.
Pressure regulator
4.
Oil distributor
5.
Pneumatic hose
6.
Tool
Use an oil distributor in the pneumatic system in order to ensure the effectiveness and
long life span of the pneumatic appliance.
Only use oil that is suitable for pneumatic
appliances and check the oil quantity in the oil distributor daily. NOTE: When the
pneumatic network’s length exceeds 10 m the output of the oil distributor is not
necessary enough to lubricate the pneumatic appliances effectively enough. In this case,
ensure sufficient lubrication according to the point “lubrication”.
The pneumatic filter/water extractor must be used to remove liquid and dirt, to prevent
rust, damages and wear of the machine inner parts. The filter must be checked daily
and emptied when needed.
The machine, connectors and hoses must be protected against dirt. Coarse dust, sand
etc. can cause leaks and damage the machine and its connectors.
