If you wish to operate the fixture with a DALI light management system:
• Connect the two-core DALI cable of the light management system to the two-core white terminal in the
fixture (13)
Use a 2-core cable with a diameter of 3.5-7 mm for the DALI connection. For further
information, refer to the manual of the AGRIBOX pro.
• Several fixtures can be connected to one system (8). Refer to the website for further information on th
electrical installation.
6 Commissioning
• Switch on the fixture to test its function. See chapter 8 if the fixture does not switch o
7 Maintenance and Maintenance Plan
Allow the whole electrical installation to cool down for at least 30 minutes before starting
maintenance work.
• The fixture can be cleaned using a damp cloth
• Clean the glass fixture cap once a month
• Remove any dust from the cooling fins. This will prolong the service life of the fixtur
• Do not use abrasive cleaning agents.
• Do not use caustic cleaning agents or products with bleach.
• Consult a cleaning specialist if the fixture is heavily soiled
8 Faults and Repairs
• Allow the whole electrical installation to cool down for at least 30 minutes before starting any work.
• Do not replace any parts yourself (not even LEDs or LED modules).
If the fixture does not switch on
• Check the wiring. If the wiring is damaged, have the wiring replaced by a qualified electrician usin
original wiring from the manufacturer.
• Replace the power supply cable:
1. Loosen the four Torx screws of the end cap using a Torx 20 screwdriver.
2. Remove the end cap without the Agrilight logo (9).
3. Disconnect the power supply cable from the four-pin plug.
4. Remove the old power supply cable.
5. Pull a new power supply cable through the gland in the end cap.

Use only a power supply cable with a diameter of 7-13 mm.
7. Connect the power supply cable to the four-pin plug; refer to the table in section 5.3 for the colour coding.
8. Fit the end cap and insert the Torx screws again.
9. Tighten the Torx screws to a torque of 1 Nm. Use a Torx 20 screwdriver.
If the LEDs do not function correctly, you can check whether the wiring of the LED drivers and LEDs is
correctly connected. Proceed as follows:
1. Loosen all the Torx screws of both end caps using a Torx 20 screwdriver.
2. Remove the end cap with the Agrilight logo (10).
3. Remove the (white) eight-pin plug (11).

The product may be damaged if you do not disconnect the eight-pin plug.
5. Remove the end cap without the Agrilight logo (9).
6. Remove the black four-pin power supply plug (12).
7. If installed, remove the white two-pin DALI plug (13).
