Blades
Check blades for wear and damage every
25 hours of operation
1. Move blades to the highest position of the
cutting height adjustment. Switch engine off.
2.
Switch ignition off and remove the
spark plug connector!
3. Check the blades (1), retaining screws (2),
blade carrier (3) and the blade shaft (4) for
damage. You can rotate the blade shaft man-
ually, so that you can check all blades.
Wear protective gloves!
4. Replace damaged blades.
The replacement of blades (1) should only be
carried out by a specialist workshop. Contact
- agria-Service -
if the blade shaft is dam-
aged.
Blade replacement
If it is evident that the blades (1) are too worn for further use, they must be replaced.
Switch off the ignition and remove the spark plug connector!
Wear protective gloves!
Disassembly / assembly of the blade carrier (3) with wrench size 37.
To remove the blades, unscrew the retaining screw (2). Mount new blades.
After changing the blade, secure the screws with screw lock (e.g., Loctite 270).
Always replace blades on a blade carrier (3) in pairs - left and right simultane-
ously.
The arrangement of the blades must be as mounted in the original layout.
