Operate the generator
1. Operate the generating set
Warm up the engine without load 5 minutes. Run the engine at low speed and
zero loading before the engine becomes warm.
2. Check during the running
2.1.
Whether there is abnormal sound or vibration.
2.2. Whether the engine misfires or runs rough.
2.3. Check the color of the exhaust (is it black or too white?).
If you notice any to the above-mentioned phenomenon happened, stop the
engine and find out the fault cause.
3. Check if the AC output voltage and frequency meet the technical data.
Connecting apparatus to the generator
1. When the generator is operational and power is available at the socket, the
red power on light will illuminate.
2. For AC current, plug the power cord into the AC output socket.
3. Do not start 2 or more apparatus simultaneously. Start them one by one from
that required higher starter current.
4. Check the rating label of the product before connecting any product to the
generator. Because the protective cut out on the generator may operate to
prevent over load damage to the generator if the product being connected is
higher than
the generator rated power.
Note: The generator is with overload protection, if the loading power is 10% more
than the rated power, the breaker will shut down the output automatically.
Warning: The gasoline generator is NOT recommended to connect any electronic
equipment to the generator such as computers, televisions, or stereo equipment.
They are very sensitive to the input supply fluctuations and could be damaged if
run off this generator.
5. Electrical appliance particularly motor-driven equipment will produce very high
current while starting, the below table provides the reference for connecting
these apparatus to the generator set.
