Start Cycle
This program step starts a PCR cycle. Put this step before a series of
steps that are to be repeated for several cycles.
Number of Cycles
Enter the number of times the series of steps should be cycled.
Cycle Name
(Optional)
If desired, enter a user- selected name for the cycle.
To have a valid program, the steps of a cycle need to be contained between a
Start Cycle
and an
End Cycle
command.
