Setting the Configuration Switches

In most cases, you will not need to change the default switch setting.
However, if
you
are installing more than one intetface.
you will
need to
change the switch settings on the additional interfaces so that each interface
has a unique switch setting. Use Table 2-3 to select the desired address
ranges for each interface.
The selected VO address ranges must not conflict with other VO interfaces
installed in your computer, including other manufacturer's products (for
example,
LAN
interfaces, and so forth). Refer to the documentation for the
other interfaces and Table 2-3 10 select unique addresses for all the interfaces
in your computer.
Because the HP 82340 and HP 82341
A-C
interfaces are 110 pon mapped
and not memory mapped, it is not necessary to exclude address ranges for
memory management software on your computer.
