Turn off the Infiniium oscilloscope.

Connect a mouse and a keyboard to the oscilloscope.

Insert the service disk in the floppy drive and turn on the oscilloscope.
For units equipped with a 120 Mbyte floppy drive, do not insert the service disk until
the message:
Starting Windows 9X...
appears on the screen.

The oscilloscope will boot into the Windows® operating system.

Press Control-Esc on the keyboard to access the Windows® Start menu.

Open the Programs group and click the Infiniium Scope icon.

When the oscilloscope application comes up, click the mouse icon in the upper right
corner of the screen.

Click the Utility pull down menu, then click Self Test. In the Self Test screen click
Select Service Extensions.

Click the Self Test pull down menu, scroll down and select Atten Set.
