To switch the answering machine of the System Phone ST 40 AB on or off.
Reject a call currently ringing. Caller will hear busy tone (program depending).
You may select one of the following:
- Caller will hear busy tone (off/disabled).
- If a waiting call should only be indicated visually (Visual).
- Or if a call waiting tone should be heard (Audible).
Switch Call Filter on or off.
This will switch off the ringer.
Special function buttons may be programmed:
- DND for internal / extension calls
- DND for external calls
- DND for all calls internal and external
Night Service on or off.
Special function button may be assigned:
- Night Service can be switched for each trunk line.
- Night Service can be switched for all trunk lines.
Enable / Disable Call Forward if extension does not answer an incoming call
Special function button may be assigned:
- Switch Call Forward for each trunk line.
- Switch Call Forward for all trunk lines.
Caller will hear busy tone if line (number) is already in use.
Special function button may be assigned:
- Busy on Busy for each call distribution separately switchable.
- Busy on Busy for all call distribution switchable together.
To select individual network provider.
To switch the Clip No Screening function on or off. You can influence the
forwarding of your phone number as programmed in TK-Suite.
Paging announcement to system phones. Function button may be assigned:
- Page pre-assigned extensions.
Display call charges.
To transmit another of your MSN numbers other than the one allocated to the
extension making the call. May be used for bill separation of outgoing calls.
Function button may be assigned: MSN/External-Button with fixed number.
Identification of malicious callers. Traced in the ISDN telephone exchange.
Dialling a number for another extension user.
Log In/Out of hunt groups and their associated features.
To pick up incoming calls.
Special function button may be assigned: - Pick up internal and external calls
from preset extensions.
Withhold own number from being forwarded to called party (only available if
network provider supports this feature).
To dial extension users. Special function button may be assigned:
- Calling a pre-programmed extension.
Hold external call in the telephone exchange (only available on PTMP lines).
Conference call between internal and external call.
