Vision tab
The Vision tab ( Figure 2.51 ) shows a photo of the pads and the dispense volumes for
each during dispensing. (It also shows the SpectroCHIP Array alignment and barcode
checking prior to dispensing; see
page 50 .)
Volume out of range
warning If Volume Check is enabled (see page 35 , steps 3 and 4), a warning message will appear
at the end of the run if any dispsenses were out of the range specified (see Figure 2.52 ).
See Appendix D for troubleshooting information. Tap OK to exit the warning screen.
Sending sample
tracking data If sample tracking is enabled for this run, the data is sent to the MassARRAY Transfer
Server at the end of the dispensing run. A text file is generated for each SpectroCHIP
Array.
