Checking the position
of each SpectroCHIP
Array
The position of each SpectroCHIP Array is checked to make sure that each is properly
aligned. The vision system locates the required fiducials (small dots on the SpectroCHIP
Array surface located between pads which are used for positioning and alignment) and
verifies that the SpectroCHIP Array is properly aligned. This video display may be viewed
by selecting the Vision tab on the Transfer screen. A warning message will appear if there
is a problem with SpectroCHIP Array positioning. See
for information on
troubleshooting SpectroCHIP Array positioning.
