INSTRUCTIONS:
All items listed below must be inspected and serviced as explained in the
Operator’s Manual and / or this form. As each task is completed, place a (
√
) in the adjoining box.
Retain the completed form in dealership files for future customer, dealer, and / or company reference.
Careful predelivery inspection and service will reduce need for unnecessary expensive follow-up
service and will build owner confidence in the machine and dealership.
Following the assembly instructions and the operator’s manual, set up the machine and attach it to a
tractor. Stop the tractor engine, place the transmission in neutral or park, and lock the brakes.
Connect the driveline, hydraulic hoses and light connector to the tractor.

Check entire machine for loose or missing parts and hardware.
q
Be sure all tires are properly inflated.
q
Check lug nut torque.
q
Be sure highway transport safety chain is properly installed.
q
Lubricate the machine.
q
Check all hydraulic hoses, fittings, and cylinders for leaks or damage. Be sure quick couplers op-
erate properly.
q
Be sure all hydraulic hoses have been properly restrained and confined to prevent contact with
moving parts which could cause damage or excessive wear.
q
Make sure the hydraulic system has been properly charged and purged of air before operating.
q
Be sure implement operates properly.
q
Be sure all safety decals, conspicuity strips, lights and SMV sign are in correct position and read-
able.
q
Recheck for loose hardware. Tighten as required.

BRAKES BEFORE DISMOUNTING FROM TRACTOR.
