TROUBLE SHOOTING

 

PROBLEM 

POSSIBLE CAUSE 

SOLUTION 

Smart Phone App not 

working 

Side  switch  is  not  set  to  the  upper 

position for APP 

Flick switch into APP Mode, Stove will not 

work  on  APP  unless  switch  is  set  in  the 

right position 

 

House hold router not working 

Turn House hold router off leave off for 60 

seconds  then  switch  on  again,  retry  the 

APP.  Undertake  a  factory  reset  on  the 

APP as detailed on page 31 on your smart 

phone 

Dim or no flame in the 

Rear Flame, down lights or 

fuel bed 

Turned  to  dim  on  the  APP  on  the 

smart phone 

Go into the App and adjust the brightness 

Flame LED’s are damaged 

I

nspect  the  LED’s  and  replace  them  if 

necessary 

Call 

qualified

technician and replace the LED Strip (Plug 

& Play) 

Appliance turns off and will 

not turn on 

Appliance  has  overheated  and
