Commissioning

Prerequisite for commissioning is a complete installation of all hydraulic and 
electrical components.

1. Perform a tightness test as per EN 14336.

2. Verify tightness of the components of the system.

- Adapt the test pressure and the test duration to the corresponding 

installation and the corresponding operating pressure.

3. Push the hose shipped 

with the product onto the 
vent screw.

4. Fill and flush the system.

5. Apply pressure to the sys-

tem.

6. Open the vent screw by a 

maximum of one turn.
