Never mix or blend any other leak detection fluids.
Double-walled tanks are delivered with leak detection fluid in the interstitial
space. The volume of leak detection fluid filled must be known. This volume
is shown on the nameplate of the tank. Fill the leak detector and the additio-
nal containers (if applicable) only with the leak detection fluid specified.
1. Place a collection receptacle below the test valve and open the test valve.
2. Fill leak detection fluid into the filling opening of the product.
- Air escapes via the test valve.
3. Close the test valve as soon as leak detection fluid escapes.
4. Fill leak detection fluid to the level mark at the centre of the Plexiglas cylin-
der.
5. Close the filling opening with the plug or the tilting valve.
6. Fill the collected leak detection fluid into the supply can.
