MAIN LANDING GEAR
AND WHEEL PANT ASSEMBLY
2. Align mounting holes of main landing gear with
pre drilled mounting holes in fuselage mounting
plate.
Note:
Mounting holes have been offset to ensure
proper installation of main gear.
3. Assemble the landing gear bolts with lock
washer and flat washer. Use a drop of blue Loc-
tite on landing gear bolts before attaching the
landing gear.
4. Bolt landing gear strut to fuse with (4) 6-32 bolts
and washers.

Main Landing Gear Installation
1.
Gather the landing gear parts as shown below.

1 - Carbon landing gear strut
◊
2 - 2 1/2” Foam Tires
◊
2 - Axles with lock nuts
◊
4 - Wheel collars
◊
4 - 6-32 mounting bolts
◊
4 - 6-32 Lock washers
◊
4 - 6-32 Flat washers
◊
2 - Wheel pants
◊
4 - 4-40 Bolts
◊
4 - 4-40 Washers
5. Using lock nut install axle to gear.
Note:
Do not tighten securely yet.
