COMMAND:
SET COMMUNICATION FREQUENCY TONE #1
FORMAT:
COM FREQ1= DDDDD[.D]
This command sets the desired communication tone #1's frequency. The communication frequency is
specified in Hz using 0.1 Hz resolution and may range anywhere from 10 to 18,000.0 Hz.
COMMAND:
SET COMMUNICATION FREQUENCY TONE #2
FORMAT:
COM FREQ2= DDDDD[.D]
This command sets the desired communication tone #2's frequency. The communication frequency is in
Hz with 0.1 Hz resolution. Its’ setting may also range from 10 to 18,000 Hz.
COMMAND:
SET ADF FREQUENCY
FORMAT:
ADF FREQ = DDDD[.D]
This command sets the ADF tone frequency. This command is only valid during the ADF mode of
operation. The programmable resolution is 0.1 Hz. The valid range is 10.0 Hz to 18000.0 Hz.
COMMAND:
SET 30 Hz MODULATION PERCENTAGE
FORMAT:
30HZ %MOD= DD[.DD]
FORMAT (VORa mode only):
30HZ %MOD= AAA
This command sets the 30 Hz tone modulation percentage. The 30 Hz signal is produced only during the
VOR modes of operation. During the VORa audio control mode, an ASCII string of "ON" or "OFF" must
be specified. With normal VOR mode, a numeric value may be specified with 0.01 % resolution.
COMMAND:
SET 90 Hz MODULATION PERCENTAGE
FORMAT:
90HZ %MOD= DD[.DD]
FORMAT (LOCa mode only):
90HZ %MOD= AAA
This command sets the 90 Hz modulation percentage. The 90 Hz signal is produced during LOC and
G/S modes of operation. Setting the 90 Hz modulation percentage may cancel (or change) any
previously DDM or DDM reference settings. During the LOCa audio control mode, an ASCII string of
"ON" or "OFF" must be specified. With normalized modes, a numeric value may be specified with 0.01 %
resolution.

SET 150 Hz MODULATION PERCENTAGE
FORMAT:
150HZ %MOD= DD[.DD]
FORMAT (LOCa mode only):
150HZ %MOD= AAA
This command sets the 150 Hz modulation percentage. The 150 Hz signal is produced during LOC and
G/S modes of operation. Setting the 150 Hz modulation percentage may cancel (or change) any
previously DDM or DDM reference settings. During the LOCa audio control mode, an ASCII string of
"ON" or "OFF" must be specified. With normalized modes, a numeric value may be specified with 0.01 %
resolution.

SET 9960 Hz MODULATION PERCENTAGE

9960HZ %MOD= DD[.DD]
FORMAT (VORa mode only):
9960HZ %MOD= AAA
This command sets the 9960 Hz tone modulation percentage. The 9960 Hz signal is produced only
during the VOR modes of operation. During the VORa audio control mode, an ASCII string of "ON" or
"OFF" must be specified. With normal VOR mode, a numeric value may be specified with 0.01 %
resolution.
