SELECTION
Table A lists the nominal absorptions of the various pumps. Table B gives
the range of combinations between the SAP units and the various types
of pumps sided by the total absorption of the unit as a whole. The various
pump sizes are indicated with a letter of the alphabet. The first letter
indicates the type of pump in the primary circuit, the second gives the
pump for the secondary circuit. For SAP 0300 - 0500 - 0501 - 0750 - 1000
the letter S indicates the presence of a spare pump of the same type as
the pump specified by the first letter. As shown at the base of the table,
the Z combination signifies that there is no pump. Charts 1, 2, 3 and 4
show the pumps available heads according to their flow. Chart 5 gives the internal pressure drops of the SAP units that should be
subtracted from the available head of each pump to obtain the available
head at the unit outlet. Charts 6, 7, and 8 indicate the connecting
diagrams of the SAP to the installation in the single or double ring
configurations. Table D gives the maximum permitted height differences
between the terminal units. Table C has the maximum plant capacities in
litres in order to allow the use of the standard expansion tank.
