Perform the following procedure to install
the condensate drain tub (provided) and the
condensate drain pipe (NOT provided):
•
Perform this procedure before starting up
the unit.
•
Slide the frame of the unit from the base.
•
Install the drainage tub on the corner and
fix it with two screws, as shown in the
figure.
•
Connect the drainage pipe (NOT
provided) to the specified coupling on
the bottom of the basin.
•
Slide the frame of the unit back to its
original position.
The unit is designed to spray the
condensate water of the evaporator on
the condensing battery. This process is
necessary to increase performance by
reducing the condensation temperature.
If the sound of the spraying is bothersome,
the cap can be removed from the base (this
can cause a slight loss of performance).
