correspond with the attachments of the units.;
- prepare the refrigeration lines where they meet
the indoor unit;
- smooth the ends using a flaring end;
- cut a portion of insulating tape at the end and
insert the cone type nuts before flaring.;
- for countersinking, use a conical pipe flanger;
- check that the conical surface is on the axis of
the pipe;
- before joining the lines with the indoor unit,
make sure that the position is the final position
and then carry out the tightening being careful
to clean the surfaces of the joints in order to
ensure the best possible contact of the surfaces
to be tightened;
- shape the refrigeration lines before bringing
them to the fittings of the CXS H units (so as
not to crush the tube cross section, you are
advised not make bends in the refrigeration
lines with a radius of less than 100 mm);
- prepare the refrigeration lines where they meet
the CXS H unit, cut off any excess length and
prepare the ends in the same way as for the
indoor unit;
- before joining the lines with the CXS H unit,
make sure that the position is the final position
and then carry out the tightening being careful
to clean the surfaces of the joints in order to
ensure the best possible contact of the surfaces
to be tightened;
- tighten the fittings of the units using two wren-
ches;
- connect the vacuum pump on the connectors
(A) of the gas line fittings;
- do not open the cocks (the vacuum must be
done on the lines and on the indoor unit);
- make a vacuum until reaching 100 - 120
mmHg;
- once this series of operations has been carried
out and the vacuum pump has been discon-
nected open the taps completely by turning
nuts (B) with a 5mm hex head male spanner;
- replace the hoods (C) and tighten them up;
- the uncovered parts of the lines and fittings
must be insulated with insulating tape;
- implement the condensate drain;
- after having checked that everything is correct
and the position of the lines are final, fasten the
cables and the refrigerator lines together and
anchor them with clamps.
