Disassembling the Boiler for Maintenance

6. Remove the red hoses (quantity depends on model) from bottom side of manifold (Figure 7-

10), then lift entire manifold from the unit.

7. On each gas valve, unscrew the Gas Valve Connector with a Phillips head screwdriver.
