2. Select the desired function (Table 2), adjust the temperature and time
settings if necessary.
3. Press the Start/Pause button (26).
Note: If desired, you can set your own electric oven operation parameters by
selecting the desired heating mode, time, and temperature.

Bread Default settings: top and bottom heating at 170 °C for 20 minutes.
