NOTE.
The first time the appliance is switched on, it must be heated without
food for 10 minutes. The presence of a small amount of light smoke or odour is
considered normal and harmless.
Preheating the device.
Do not put food into the grill during the preheating
stage. Use the keys to select one of the three modes:

button. The LED illuminates blue, the selected mode
is illuminated. The temperature and heating time are displayed.
NOTE.
While the appliance is in any of the modes, the time and temperature can
be changed by pressing the relevant buttons
(Up) and
(Down) (see
figure
c
).
NOTE.
If the
«
Start/Cancel
»
button is not pressed after selecting a cooking
mode, the appliance switches to sleep mode after 15 seconds. «OFF»
appears
on the display. To continue the cooking process, select the mode again and
press the
«
Start/Cancel
»
button.
Preheating lasts until the grill plates have reached the temperature of the
previously selected mode (see table). At the end of preheating an acoustic
signal sounds 5 times. The LED indicator light will change color to green. The
cooking time will flash on the display. The appliance will go into standby mode,
maintaining the reached temperature of the plates. Then proceed to cooking.
