3 Maintenance and Repair
To maintain optimum condition and stable operation of the device, it is
recommended that you periodically perform the following steps:
cleaning of the device casing and filter;
filter change.
WARNING! Make sure the device is turned off and unplugged before
performing maintenance.
3.1 Cleaning the device casing and filter
Use a damp cloth to wipe off dirt and dust on the device casing. For heavy soiling,
apply a neutral detergent to the cloth and clean the soiling. Then wipe the device
casing with a damp cloth and wipe it dry.

3.2 Cleaning and replacing the combined filter
3.2.1 Cleaning the filter
Clean the filter at least every 1,000 hours of operation and do not use the filter at
the end of its life. The device filter needs to be replaced every 2,200 hours of
operation (2–4 months). Remember: the cleaner the filter is, the more efficiently
the device works.
