3.5.1 Cable Connection
The RS 232 C port (COM1) on the P610 should be used for connection to the
programmable controllers (see also Figure 8). The required cables are specified
in the tables below (Table 1 and Table 2).

3.5.2 Start-up Conditions at the Programmable Controller
The baud rate of the P610 is automatically adjusted. The baud rate may not ex-
ceed a value of 9600 baud.
