You are talking to a party and you want to get some information from a second party
(internal or external). For this you press the key
R
and park the first call. You will
hear the special dialling tone. Dial the telephone number of the second party and talk
to it. By pressing the key
R
you park the second call. Now select the key
2
and you
get back to the firs party. Now you can toggle between the two parties. If you want
to terminate the call after your call-back to the second party, activate the key
R
and
select the number
1
. The connection to the second party is cut.
When operating at a PABX you always toggle between the two calls by activating the
key
R
. Replacing the handset will cut the connections.
Three-party-conference
With this function you can talk to two parties at the same time, whereby each party
participates in the discussion equally. You can build up the connection with both
parties as described above under
call waiting/call-back/toggle
.
There are two connections, i.e. via toggle or via call-back and you want to set up a
three-party-conference. Press the key
R
. The currently active call will be parked and
you will hear the special dialling tone. Now select the number
3.
The three-party-
conference will be established.
If a party to the call replaces its handset, the call with the second party can be
continued.
By replacing your handset the three-party-conference will be cut off.
If the telephone is connected to a PABX, please follow the instructions in the
operating instructions of the PABX.
