Using the Rings

General information

The description below does not apply to induction cooking zones.
•
Also refer to the operating instructions for your built-in hob. It con-
tains important information on ovenware, operation, cleaning and
care.

Always switch the appliance on first using the mains button

Switch the appliance off using the mains button

When cooking for longer periods switch the cooking zones off approx.
5-10 minutes before the end of the cooking time to make use of the re-
sidual heat. This saves electricity.
Heat settings
•
You can select heat settings within the range of settings 1-9.
•
Intermediate positions may be selected between settings 2 and 7.
They are marked with a dot on the top left next to the heat settings.
•
In addition, each of the ring switches has an automatic warm up
function.
1 = lowest heat setting
9 = highest heat setting
A = automatic warm up function
