Side Rails

to clean the sides of the oven, the left and right side rails can be re-
moved. 

Taking out the side rails

1.

Loosen the screw.

2.

Pull the rails sidewards (1).

3.

Lift the rails off the side attachments 
(2).

3 

The silicone pads must grip the vertical bar (to protect the oven surface 
enamel). 
To remove/replace the side rails, open the cover on the meat probe 
socket.
