Gas Connection
Gas connection must be carried out according to the rules in force.
This appliance has been set for operation with L.P.G. supply at a 28-30
mbar feeding pressure. Be sure that you are going to connect the unit
to the correct kind of gas supply. If a different gas supply should be
used, refer to the section “Adaptation to different types of gas”.
Rigid or Flexible metal pipes
To ensure higher safety level, it is recommended to carry out the
connection to the gas supply using rigid pipes (ex. copper) or using
flexible stainless steel pipes, to avoid any stress to the unit.
Gas feeding pipe fitting is Gc 1/2.
Flexible Non-metal pipes
When the connection can be easily inspected in its full extent, it is also
possible to use a flexible pipe connection, secured with fixing clamps.
Flexible pipe and fixing clamps should comply rules in force.
In the event of a flexible pipe connection ensure the following
requirements are complied:
- flexible pipe should never exceed
30

C over the room temperature in
any point.
- should the flexible pipe run behind
the appliance, it must be installed as
shown in the diagram;
- it should not exceed a1500 mm
lenght;
- it shows no throttles;
- it is not subject to traction or
torsion;
- it doesn't get in touch with cutting
edges or corners;
- it can be easily inspected in order to
check its condition.
