If the appliance is not working correctly, please carry out the following checks, before contacting
your local Electrolux Service Centre.
IMPORTANT: If you call out an engineer to a fault listed below, or to repair a fault caused by
incorrect use or installation, a charge will be made even if the appliance is under guarantee.
Something not working
SOLUTION
Switch on the oven using the ON/OFF
touch control
or
Check the fuse and ensure the socket switch or the switch
from the mains supply to the oven are ON.
The "Demo" function has been accidentally activated (symbol
appearing in the display). To deactivate it proceed as
follows:
1. In the Off position press key
for about 5 seconds. The
oven turns to stand by and then off again. A sound signal
will be emitted.
2. Within 5 seconds press at the same time the keys
and
: hold them pressed until a sound signal will be emitted.
If the
symbol disappears when switching ON the oven
again, then operation is successful.
Switch on the oven using the ON/OFF
touch control
and then select a cooking function
or
Check the light bulb, and replace it if necessary (see
"Replacing the Oven Light")
Refer to the cooking function sections and to any
cooking chart provided.
Leave dishes inside the oven no longer than 15-20
minutes after the cooking is completed.
Switch the appliance off and on again via the house fuse
or the safety switch in the fuse box. If it is displayed again,
please contact the Customer Care Department.
Take note of the error code and contact an authorised
Service Centre.
PROBLEM
The oven does not come on.
The oven is not heating up.
The oven light does not come on.
It takes too long to finish the
dishes, or they are cooked too
fast.
Steam and condensation settle
on the food and the oven cavity.
Error code, for example "F...",
appears on the control panel.
