Warning messages
Warning messages describe irregular states of the
instrument. They are in white letters on red background.
Emergency Activated
– This message appears if
emergency button has been pressed. Any test in progress
will be interrupted and the output current will drop to
zero. A new test cannot be started until the button is reset.
Release of the emergency button clears the message.
Low Current Flow
– This message appears if instrument
cannot reach specified current or the current is not stable.
The reason could be too high a value of resistance for
selected current. The problem could also be poor
connection of test leads or device under the test. The user
should check the test lead connections, and restart the test.
If the test specimen is too high a resistance, select a lower
current.
