Installations/Connections
Caution:
• ONLY CONNECT 24 V AC CLASS 2 POWER SUPPLY (UL 1310/CSA 223) or LIMITED POWER SOURCE (IEC/EN/
UL/CSA 60950-1).
Before installation, prepare the following
• When mounting this camera to a ceiling, mount it using a custom-made ceiling mount bracket and the attachment
pipe (attached to the camera). Refer to page 22 for the specifications of the custom-made ceiling mount bracket.
• When mounting the camera to a wall, mount it using a custom-made wall mount bracket and the attachment pipe
(attached to the camera). If you instead use a custom-made wall mount bracket, follow the above directions for the
ceiling mount bracket and mount the camera using the attachment pipe.
Refer to the installation guide of the bracket to be used for details on the installation procedures of the bracket and the
camera.
IMPORTANT:
• When using a custom-made mount bracket, use screws and anchors that are capable of supporting the combined
weight of the camera (approx. 5 k
g
{11.02 lbs}) and the mount bracket.
• Select screws and anchors that match the type of ceiling or wall that the camera will be mounted to.
