Use a hexagonal screwdriver to loosen the lock screw on the
bubble, and remove the black liner.

Route the cables from the cable hole, and connect the
corresponding cables.
You can select to route the cables from the side outlet instead of
the cable hole in the ceiling. See Figure below.
