CAUTION: Do not remove the floppy disk while the access lamp is lit, since the floppy
disk is being accessed. If you remove the disk while the disk is being
accessed, you may damage the data on the disk.

Printing screen data
You can send data to a Centronix compatible printer attached to the parallel interface. The spectrum
analyzer can only output data in monochrome or gray scale, even if it is connected to a color printer.
NOTE: The output resolution of the spectrum analyzer is 180 dpi. A printer that uses a resolution which is
not a multiple of 180 dpi may print with streaks.
Compatible printers use ESC/P, ESC/P-Raster or HP PCL. Compatible printers use ESC/P, ESC/P-
Raster or HP PCL (there may be a certain restrictions depending on the printers used).
Suggested printers are listed in Table 2-1.

Connecting the printer

Connect the printer to the PARALLEL connector on the rear panel using the
IBM-PC compatible cable provided.
CAUTION: Only connect the cable after turning off both the spectrum analyzer and
printer power or you may damage the analyzer.
