Disable/Enable PCL-818L DMA transfers.

Disables DMA transfer.

Enables DMA transfer. Each A/D conversion
initiates two successive DMA request signals. These
signals cause the 8237 DMA controller to transfer
two bytes of conversion data from the PCL-818L to
memory.

Note: You must program the PC's 8237 DMA controller and the DMA
page register before you set DMAE to 1.
